    On 26.03.2014 TRANSEO Board Member Dr. Schneider moderated 2 workshops on Valuation and Negotiation in SME Transfer Deals.
    30 international speakers and approx. 200 participants joined this high level European Summit which found a very positive feed back also among EU Commission participants.

  • RA Dr. Schneider appointed to the Board of Directors of European TRANSEO

    The European Association TRANSEO has appointed 31 January 2013 Attorney Dr. Hartmut Schneider, managing director of M & A LOGISTICS GmbH Ulm, to its Board of Directors.

    The founding members from France, Belgium and the Netherlands extended the board by one representative each from Germany and Finland.

    TRANSEO Aisbl, European Association for SME Transfer is a non-profit European association based in Belgium since 2010. It supports and promotes the exchange of best practices and information in the field of transfer of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The non-transparent transfer market among SMEs should be promoted both at local and international level.

    The members consist of prestigious private, public and academic experts from across Europe. TRANSEO was appointed currently by the European Commission in the Expert Group on Business Transfers.
